Diagnostic description:
Shrub or small tree, branchlets without spines, long and slender, glabrous. Leaves 3-5-foliolate or rarely simple; leaflets obovate or oblanceolate, rarely elliptic, 1-1.5 cm long, margin entire or obscurely undulate, apex rounded to emarginate. Flowers small in clusters. Petals 4, very small. Fruit drupe, ovoid or ellipsoid, apiculate, smooth, glabrous.
Distribution:
Egypt, NE Africa, Southern Saudi Arabia. The Farasan Islands(Farasan Al-Kabir-Sajid-Zifaf).
